Zerex Racing Super Coolant anyone?

Zerex Racing Super Coolant anyone?
I just found some info about Valvoline's Zerex Racing Super Coolant which supposedly boosts "the effectiveness of your cooling system 25 percent simply by changing the radiator fluid". Anybody know if there's any truth to these claims? Anybody know where I can score some? I found the info in an article that Car and Driver ran.
