Are your rear rotors loose?

I finally found out why my wheels were making a "Galloping" sound. As I mentioned in a previous thread, the bone smugglers in Japan who sold the car to me threw on a set of Nissan wheels. I have no idea what happened to the original wheels. Well, the rear rotor hubs are wider than the center holes on the rims so the wheels were never flush against the rotors. The second problem is that there is some play in the rotors. Unless the wheel is flush against the rotor (they bored the center of the rim just a hair so it now fits flush against the rotor) there is some play in them around the holes where the lugs come through. Is it normal to have play in the rotors when the wheels aren't tightened down on them? Now that the galloping sound is no longer present, I can hear some squeaking sounds. What do I replace next? The shocks? (the boots are all broke on them). There is no play in the rear wheels (I can't rock them in/out) so are my pillow ball bushings good? As always, thanks in advance.

hmmm....loose? when your rims are tightened down you should not be able to move them. squeaking means your pads are low.
