well uh, yes some of ya'll do need help. but if i had an FD i'd be obsessed too. i'm not going to lie. i sometimes think its funny when guys go up to their fd's and they notice the smallest scratch and make a huge deal about it, when really its not noticeable. but when i have mine, i will too understand

When you check autotrader everyday to see if there are any FD's in your area that are being sold so you can check them out to see how clean they are.

Funny that you mention that... I have those hangers in my garage too. This morning it was a little windy outside, so when I opened my garage door the wind came blasting in making on of our shovels fall off. Lucky it didnt hit any car, but it scared the crap out of me...

You know I had a nightmare about my FD overheating. I was doing time trials and before you knew it I looked at the temp needle and it was as high as you can get it. I woke up saying "DAMN IT I DONT HAVE ENOUGH FOR A REBUILD RIGHT NOW, HOW STUPID COULD I BE!!!!!" all this in a cold sweat and your g/f waking up saying OMG and rolling over to go back to sleep...LOL!! This is a true story!

when you have large blocks written in your dayplanner every now and then that are marked "quality time" or "driving time" and you ditch a lot of really important things so you can drive aimlessly for a while.

-when you give your family members gifts, and they are performance parts for your car.
-when you wash your FD 3 times in one day because a tree in your yard is dripping sap, but you don't want to park on the street.
-when you talk to/about your FD like it's your significant other.

I've got it bad too. I always try to think of an excuse/destination for myself or a reason to go drive my FD other than just going out to drive, but it always ends up being a driving trip with nowhere in particular to go.

You know you're obsessed with your FD when the wife gets more jealous when you plan a "car weekend" with the "guys" than she does when you go to a titty bar....Mine does!
