lol damn. I honestly had another FD dream last night.

Almost same scenario as my other dream. I was at my old house and my car was magically parked out of my huge driveway lol.

Except this time it was ON THE SIDEWALK!! lol

AGAIN, facing the other way (since i lived on a one way street).

When i got in, my next door neighbor was standing outside. I got in the car but it was RHD.

But for some reason, i already knew it was RHD cause i walked over to the right side. I started the car and it cranked and cranked but didnt start.

I knew it was flooded so i waited and after the 3rd attempt, it started. I let it idle to let the unburnt gas burn and then i woke up lol.

ok i had a new one. i dreamed that i decided to put in the whole keyless set up much like the new 370Z. so the job was done and im gettin into the FD just like you would with the 370. only this time i noticed that my steering wheel is gone. i see many new buttons on my HUD where the gauges and tacs are.

i am looking at it absolutely confused as to what the hell im supposed to do. some faceless person comes and says "you need to push this button for the steering". so he does, and the dash just opens up and the steering wheel slid out and re-assembled. i think i need to stop drinking.

 

I have had a dreams i've crashed it a few times and decided not to drive it to work that day

 

I have dreams about every car I've owned about them getting stolen. I always wake up in a cold sweat and run to the garage to make sure she's still in there...

Guess I'm a paranoid person.

 

I think it's me. Every single time I start the car it MUST rev up to the normal spot and come down to the normal spot in the same amount of time. It MUST sound exactly the same. It MUST vibrate the same. It MUST hold the same vacuum. Then I check the Knock reading to make sure it is no higher than 12.(It normally runs around 70ish during driving but 10 is the normal after start up.)

If ANY one of these is off, I panic, then I cry, then I check my wallet and cry some more.

It's so bad that I'm scared by what I'm about to do. I have to move my car to my buddy's house in order to finish some work. I plan on downpiping it because putting the pipes back on is a pain for a 5 mile trip. I'm freaking out because I don't know what my car sounds like with only the downpipe. I'm gonna have a heart attack when it starts. I even panicked when I went atmospheric dump on the wastegate. I was scared to floor it cause it sounds like death.

 

last night I dreamed I owned a red fd, and I was showing some guy how I powdercoated everything in the engine bay purple. I then went on to tell the guy how I was going to do that in my black fd. I have no idea who the person was though and ive never owned a red fd.

 

Thank god we are talking about engines other wise this would sound weird. J/K
