Y pipe vacuum hose replacement

HI,

Regrettably, I need to replace one of the two vacuum lines running off the Y-pipe and it's a line routed beneath the rat’s nest closer to the primary injectors. Does anyone have a method for replacing this hose without having to disassemble a large portion of the car? I understand the UIM will likely need to come off, but this line seems to run underneath the rat’s nest and i really want to avoid removing that.

Appreciate all the help.

Hose entry/exit points are circled in orange.

that line is for fuel atomization assistance. you can live without it entirely but accessing the port on the LIM to cap it is a situation all on its own. depending on your situation, you need only give that port a pre throttle body source to retain the feature. so it doesnt HAVE to go to that port on the y pipe. you can T into some thing easier to access.

but to answer your question...... yes, you need to get down in there to do what you gotta do. sorry
