Y-Pipe Bosst Leak

Me, and a couple of buddies installed an Efini Y-Pipe on my car last weekend. We really did not run into much trouble, and had a good time with it. I could not drive the car throughout the week because of Snow on the roads. I finally got to take it for a spin yesterday, and I am having a problem. My secondary Turbo is only spooling to about 2psi. The Primary is hitting 12psi like it is its job, but Something is up with the secondary. Anyone have a problem like this before? Is there a specific thing I should check? Doesnt seem like anything is loose, and we took our time, and did it right. Any Help Would Be Great!! Thanks, Mike
