X-08 dash to front harness connection help

long story short, my front harness either got overcharged and cooked a bunch of wires together, or something else caused this. Since then, I bought a brand new 93 front harness and put it in my 94. Upon inspection of the old harness it appears the green/orange wire on x -08 looks to be the source, stopped before it hit the dash side thankfully. Can anyone tell me what all that specific wire does or controls? I’m horrible at schematics and diagrams, I’ve looked through the fsm and can only find wire colors and not anything more specific. Not sure this is still an issue because the harness has since been replaced, but my headlights are acting up and intermittently won’t power on (HWL Sleeks) and popped the tail 15amp fuse a couple times. Lost cluster, tail, and head lights.

No one is going to map every wire on the plug for you. You'll need to do that yourself. Based on what you said here, you're going to want to rip everything apart and inspect all your wiring. If you don't, next time will likely be a fire. Youve got something somewhere touching something it shouldnt causing these issues. I wouldn't ignore this or continue to drive the car until you've found the issue. You're risking the car bursting into flames.
