Finally fixed it!
The engine mounts and PPF are fine. The right engine mount's heat shield was hitting the small heat shield at the very botoom of the turbocharger. I just bent the engine mount's heat shield toward the ground.
I guess I had this noise ever since I've had the car, about 5 years now, and finally chose to eliminate it.
Has any one noticed that a lot of smilies are no appearing in the smilies list?

I fixed the problem last week. The heat shield of the passenger side engine mount was hitting the very bottom, small heat shield, of the turbo charger. Appearently this problem was some what wide spread, because, while browsing the web I stumbled across the Technical Service Bulletin at http://www.alldata.com called B00293 FEB 93 Engine - Unusual Noise from the Right Mount
