WTF?!? Just rebuilt Master and Slave Cylinders and...

No I'm not getting enough pressure to push the clutch fork rod out?!?! Anyone have any Ideas?

I believe the slave has a spring on it. Did you put it back in? You may also have air in the system. Did you bleed the system completely? If you can't bleed it out yourself, take it to a brake shop with a power bleeder.

when you bleed it does fluid come out at the slave cyl?

Sounds like you still have air in the lines. You have to bleed the lines properly to get ALL of the air out. How did you bleed the lines?

I'm bleeding it through the screw opening and closing w/ the pumps to prevent backflow. I know there was still some air but after I looked into where the cap covers the spring... it was cocked sideways... I also had the stupid snap ring pop off the pliers and go off to never never land... I've got the MAZDA rebuild kit on its way w/ has a better cap for the spring than what the autozone one has... I guess food for thought.. that rebuild lasted me a whole 2 weeks.
