wow, motor mouns mave to be broke?

I always though my motor mounts wrer in bad shape, but as a test I grabbed the engine lift brakets and pushed on it back and forth...I was able to move the engine about an 1/2 inch in both directions with just my body weight.. and I am only 135lbs!!!!

Yep, bad motor mounts. I had a bad D/S motor mount, but when I put in my torque brace, I had no more engine movement so I left it alone.

Put in a new mount ,then call Garfinkle on Murfreesboro Tn . for a custom fit torque brace

Get some aliminum from you local Lowe's store and make some engine braces. It'll feel like you just replaced a slipping clutch with a bad *** one. Vibration won't be that bad. My suspention is more uncomfortable than the engine braces.
