Something's not right about that car either. There are no badges on it like it's been repainted. It also didn't have floor mats, which most don't these days, but still... I don't know. I'd be interested to know why it doesn't have badges.

I have original floor mats and two sets at that, one black set and one tan.

Anyways, yah I don't see why it wouldn't have badges either? I'm with you Merlin, somethings up.

I've heard of people taking off the emblems because they think it looks better. Perhaps that is the reason.

This isn't the first time this particular car has been up for auction, so someone's holding out for a high price.

I wouldn't jump to conclusions about the removal of the emblems. I assume that was done for appearance sake. And can't I see a little mark left on the front bumper?

If you look close at a couple of pictures you can almost make out some small grey dots where the emblems should be.
