I agree. Check my signature for list of mods you will see that there is not that much more from stock. However my car looks as if it want to fly from when I installed it. Lot smoother even during warm up and on secondary you can feel it.

Still testing fuel consumption though not driven her much since installed. Waiting for hyper pro grounding system and voltage stabilizer too.

instead of running a re-strike ignition amp, I run Denso iridium race plugs with the micro-wire electrode (IRE01-27)

no break-up...significantly improved plug life

+1, after the install the car drove a LOT smoother and there was definitely a noticeable power increase. I have basically every single bolt on and I'm getting ready for a single swap within the next month.

The iridium plugs are about 4 times the price of the platinum. Do you see a 4x cost to benefit ratio when compared to the platinum plugs?
Ive seen the price come down quite a lot on the iridium for other engine types but not for the rotary. I still think the price is too high when looking at cost/benefit.

$35 a pop

still cheaper than a TP, though, and, in my opinion, a better overall solution...the TP eats plugs

made all the difference in the world for me, the car runs so much more cleanly up top, no noticeable break-up (which was pretty bad with the stock plugs), and I'm running high 10 AFRs right now (car still needs to be tuned)

What about when the car floods (which will happen sooner or later) are you able to clean up the $35.00 plugs or are you forced to buy new ones????? Has anyone else had any problems with the Twin Power eating up plugs and if so how long does a set of Platinum stock plug last the average daily driven "7".

TP cuts the life of the NGK platinums significantly (and it's short to begin with)
