more than likely...no. is it a primary turbo problem or both (secondary)?

i have done the non-seq and i only get 5lbs of boost max so far

If anything, an exhaust leak will result in increased boost. Just like putting on a midpipe or catback, if the exhaust can escape to atmosphere easier, boost will go up.

Good luck with your problem. Sounds like a boost leak somewhere, or no pills like efiniracing said. I am not farmiliar with the non-seq. setup though.
