Like Gordon I've been preaching for years that these cars will become classics so expect prices to go to higher on clean examples in the coming years.

However 27k is WAY too much for that car I'd value it at 22k max.

Most of the cars sold on this forum are not clean examples they are:
non sequential
once modified raped cars that are returned to stock
repainted and even worse usually repainted non original colors
single turbo
emissions removed
AC and PS removed
etc....

So the prices will naturally reflect all these short comings that you usually see on a forum sold car.

That's not to say a clean example will bring less here than it will on auto trader because it won't. Any serious buyer looking for these cars is naturally looking everywhere and car forums FS section is usually the 1st spot.
