i know i dont post much but thought id share. i drove my car for the first time in over a year. damn near felt like a little kid in it. she still has a few minor things to iron out but all in all for the first trip out in almost a year and half not too bad.

 

why was it down??..

 

haha i hear that man, i just got back in my FD after 8 months of her being down.

well she was mainly down cause i was waiting for the turbo manifold to be built for a little longer than expected. then it had to be put on the back burner for a little while then i just got lazy...lol. ive been thinking about selling her but somehow i dont think it will happen.

 

its never easy to sell them when all is going good

 

yeah ive been wish washy about it for awhile. ive been playin the car game for a long time and somedays i just wonder how much more time and money id have if i would find a new hobby...lol.

 

I cannot wait to experiance this.....almost done, just in time for winter yes!

 

^same here. been over 2 years, but I'm finally making forward progress again. cannot wait to smell the fumes!

 

yeah no kiddin..fumes..lol. im gonna try to get her to hold together for at least a year then strip it down afor a full rebuild. that however depends on the motor holding together.
