Won't start after replacing all fuses

Ok, so my RX-7 has always started and ran fine, but the battery kept going dead, so I thought I probably had a short. I charged the battery and pulled all the fuses and let it sit overnight to see if it still went dead (which it did), so I figured the short must not be in a circuit that goes through the fuse box (turbo timer, stereo - any number of places someone could have bypassed the fuse box). I replaced all the fuses, and charged the battery again. Then I checked the amps it was drawing (amp meter inline between battery cable and post) and it was drawing 9 milliamps, which I think I recall being normal. So maybe it's just a bad battery after all. Thought I would check the wiring to the turbo timer, just in case that was the problem, and it all looked fine. I unplugged it, visually examined it, and plugged it back in. Now, the car won't start. It turns over just fine. Everything is back exactly like I had it before I ever started looking, but the car just won't start. It's as if it's out of gas (but it's not).

Any suggestions? Did I ruin something just by removing fuses or unplugging the turbo timer?

Thanks

Nevermind

I would delete the post but I'm new and can't figure out how. I fixed the problem - minor user error. Car starts fine now.
