won't crank

I just got my car painted after a period of about a year. In that year, I replaced engine and turbos. The car was running great when I took it to get painted and now it won't start. There are some symptoms. It sputtered for a while to try and start and since then has done nothing but spin over. I have fuel, I haven't tested spark yet. But there is a very weird noise coming from under the manifold when the ignition is turned on but not cranked. It's a buzzing sound, any idea what to look for when I take the manifold off to check it out? Thanks

I'm in the EXACT same boat. WTF is that buzzing sound I hear?

My car sat for a while with the DP open. I didn't have the MP on. When I tried to start it, a LOT of water gushed out from the DP. Problem is that it has been VERY humid here for the past month or so. I took my plugs out and they were drenched with water, fuel, oil. It looked pretty nasty. I'm gonna change out my plugs this weekend. That SHOULD help it. Once plugs get wet like this, they are usually no longer usable and don't create the spark they should generate.

Take your plugs out and see if you have **** up in there, too.
