Wondering if removal of front bumper sidelight would give any extra air...
I had to replace a bulb today on the sidelight lens on the front bumper and thought hmmmm...
I wonder if anyone has tried taking theese out to get more air in for any track use
(kinda like the Dsm and Supra guys do with their headlights.)
I removed the rubber strip along the bulkhead already so in theory we have a exit for hot air.Not a big drop I,m sure, but a bit of cooler air in at the front with hot air being released out near the bulkhead?
Funny I was redoing my ghetto intake from the vacant oil cooler spot and flushing my coolant so getting rid of power robbing heat was on my agenda and.....
I wonder if anyone had any luck cooling the engine compartment? without getting the aftermarket hood or bumper?
(cant quite bring myself to throw out the beatuful stock look till I absolutely have to)
I will report back anything I find because I,m going to drag and roadrace in the next few weeks,
Carl.
