Talking WISESPORTS Super Reflector w/HID Kit Installed

Alright, here are some pictures in the daytime since It's not night yet, and I will try and get those pictures tonight. Don't mind the bugs, I got up to norcal last night, and started working on the lights this morning. I just got back from washing the car now too, so here she is!

This is where I hid the three prong male/female light thing that turns on and off the lights.

Driver Side Ballaster

Passenger Side Ballaster

Passenger Lense

Testing The Lights

Got a car wash

Off topic, but are your efini emblems the clear ones or the one with the silver background? And where did you get them?

And on topic, those HID's dont look good at all. I hope the actual lighting is better than what it looks like

From that pic they look like they might be very bluish. but i will hold my judgement till the night shots come. Poeple that have seen mine know that my 4300k is extremely bright and very very white in color.

So i would like to see how this stacks up to mine. BUt lets know ALL forget that pics actually mean nothing when it comes to lighting. It's very hard to capture true lighting with a camera unless your camera cost 5 million dollars!

Very true about the camera thing. These lights are bright, especially if you look into them haha! They are very bluish (which I prefer over white since this is more like a cosmetic mod for me). I feel if I take the reflector off in the housing since the bulb has it's own, then it would be even brighter, but lets wait for night shots. Also, those photos were taken in a very sunny environment. for those who are in the 209 area know how sunny and hot it was today. The emblem is a silver background, and can be purchased through ww.rx7.com.

I'll be at Mowry Lanes bowling alley in Fremont right now. If you see this in time. Here are the pictures I took. Some look blue, and some look clear. WIERD. I guess it's the focusing of the camera, but it's a bluish look.

I'm wondering, did I aim too high? Someone please chime in here. I've actually never aligned the headlights before, so advice is much appreciated.

Yes, they look way off center. Do you have some kind of flat surface with some kind of wall? I did mine in my garage (backed in) and shined them at the neighbors garage accross the alley. It was actually 30' so I compensated. I took a tape measure from the center of the headlight to the neighbors garage door and put a peice of blue tape for my focus spot. You are actually supposed to be slightly to the right also, I think I did 2" to the right. I forgot how high the tape is supposed to be (24"?). You will notice quite a difference once you have them focused correctly. They look really good so far. Looks modern like my F150 lights.

I got them from Ramy at FDnewbieimports. He is considering doing another GB for those who want them. I paid a total of $696 with shipping from japan and domestic shipping.

You better put the ballast in a waterproof box like the one here:

http://www.hidplanet.com/covers.html

Moisture will kill the ballasts sooner or later....

Those covers don't fit my ballasters, and also, I don't even know who makes the besiege ballasters. Ramy can you find this out?

It's unlikely they'll tell me something like that; that's like telling me what sources they use to put their kits together

HAHA! Yeah, you're right. I guess I'll have to get replacements from them through you Ramy. So, if and when my lights go out you're my source. I don't mind getting things like this from japan, and it shouldn't take long since they're not going to have to make it in bulk. I did a quick search online (like 10 different sites) and no ballaster look like mine. Plus, mine is straight plug and play. No cutting what so ever. Thanks Ramy! I love the lights, and guys saying the lenses were just ebay, then ebay should be making a killing. These fit really well. I just have to adjust it like GoRacer said.

Again, I'm REALLY happy you're happy w/ 'em Jeff And of course, if you ever need anything in the future (replacement parts) or even completely diff parts, you know where to go

Thanks,
