Wiring questions

What are the white and red wires that are wrapped in the blue sheath that sits just above the inner fender well over the passenger front tire. The insulation has been rubbed off slightly, and I'm going to rewrap them, but I'm wondering what they are for.

Also the wires that connect right underneath the drivers seat? I just recently bought the car and foudn that this was unplugged, I plugged it in, didn't notice a difference. Something that the Power FC doesn't use maybe??

Sorry, i need to order a wiring manual.

Drivers seat is the seat belt light I believe.
The other wires may be air bag sensor wires. Do they go to a fairly wide plug by the ABS?

Not sure, I can't see where it leads to. I will take the inner fender out tomorrow when I switch wheels and check to see where they go. Just thought someone might now and save me the trouble.

I remember someone having problems when they wore through the wires and they crossed.
