wiring question

I was ringing out my wiring harness before i put it back in and when i ring out the crank angle sensors wires 4H and 4G both are good but on the white cas connector the other pin on the connector rings out on pin 4F from the ecu which is the split air bypass acording to my fsm. This does not seem right and the pin above 4f on the ecu connector (4E) which should also be a crank angle sensor wire is pulled from the ecu plug. Im thinking the wrong wire was pulled or put back in the wrong spot during the pfc install, anyone have any info about this 3rd crank angle sensor wire and where exactly pins 4E, 4G and 4H should end up in the harness?
