Smile Wiring pigtail 93` automatic tranny Where does it goes.

It plugs up on the main harness of the transmission on the drivers side. But where the hell does the single black pigtal go, When the connectors are plugged up then the pigtail has no voltage, And its not a ground, The FSM says its part of the Inhibitor switch, But I cannot find whee it plugs up too, I have no drive, But I do have 1st and 2nd gear. I`ve had the engine out for 3 1/2 years. The engine runs great, But am left with this question, Any help would be great.

It goes to the S terminal on the starter. This is the recall harness Mazda issued when automatics had trouble with hot starts. Search for TSBs and recalls and you can get more information on it.
