Wiring harness problem

Ok , I have a 92 RHD

It use to be an automatic , I swapped
-the engine harness
-dash harness

I taught I had to change the front harness because of the
Engine harness not compatible with front harness
But all connectors where compatible, Anyways.

I was about to connect my engine harness
When I notice I couldn't find the plug for the
White connector (next to the Blue ECU connectors)

So...I ask around and it's suppose to be behind the blower motor , I've been looking for it badly and couldn't find it.
So I took the Dash out and the AC to find out this:

The connector was cut off !!!

What do I do now ???

-what is the purpose of the white connector ?
-am I able to run the car without it ?
-except getting a new harness, what are my option ?
-can I solder extra wire , de-pin the white connector
And custom made a new connector/plug ?

Thank you
Maurice
