Wiring Harness
I am going to be shipping my engine to RotaryPower in LA for a rebuild. I want to replace the old brittle wiring harness at the time of the rebuild, I am wondering if it's a dealership item only or can you get them somewhere for less. SR has one for 800.00 is that about the going price? Thanks.

ray at malloy gives good deals to forum members. but you can ask Jeff at rotarypower. he may be able to get it for you for a discount with the motor rebuild. he's a good guy to deal with . I have all my work done there

Well... Ray Crowe @ Malloy MAzda hooked me up with the best price out there for the wiring harness. parts@malloyautomall.com And Jeff At Rotary Power did an excellent job on the 3mm rebuild!! He went above and beyond to make sure the motor was ready to rock when he shipped it back. New harness new vaccum lines and check valves, 2 new housings and 1 new rotor. When we got it back into the car and hooked up the battery I was nervous... after sitting for 6 months in the garage It fired right up on the 5ft rev!!
I would recommend Rotory Power to anyone who needs a rebuild! Jeff also told me about Freightqoute.com Saved me a bundle in shipping the engine down there. Instead of 485.00 through my local Fedex I got it shipped for 160.00 through freightquote. Way to go Rotary Power!
