wiring 850 primaries & 1600 Secondaries

So i have the Power FC with the stock harness. I now have the 850's in the primaries and 1600s in the secondaries with the resistors. When using the power FC which wires will go to the injectors.... will the stock primary plugs now go to my 850 injectors, and the stock secondary plugs go to the 1600 injectors?...
Thanks!

The stock pri wires will go to the 850cc in the pri rail .The stock sec wires get a resister for each injector and connect to the new 1600cc injectors . The injector size change must be programed into the PFC as well .

doesn't matter what wire the resistor is on because when the circuit in grounded, the resistor will make the circuit resistance be the same, regardless of the wire it is hooked to. it is just good habit to put them on the same wire (i.e. either both on the ground or both on the power side)

I put them in the power wire inside the cabin above the ECU mounted on an alum plate . Out of the heat and dirt .

This company makes an adapter that goes from your stock wiring to the new injector, I used them so I didnt have to cut my wiring. I wired the resistor into these
