Wire Hook Up

Where is a good place to hook up the wire for the lighting on a boost gauge or any gauge for that matter...would the power wire for the headlights/dashlights be good? would it blow any fuses having an extra load hooked up?

any one have a picture of how theirs is hooked up?

would a plug-in splice work?

thanks-Nick

Just use fuse taps and get power from the fuse boxes on the drivers side near the pedals.

Shouldn't you have included a search link too? This is like the first post I have not seen one in!

not to point out the obvious, but why would he want his boost gauge ALWAYS lit?

it takes 25 seconds to hook it up to the ash tray light. The boost guage will only light up when the lights are turned on.

maybe im missing something

Honestly, you can't even see the light during the day. Mine is always lit and you can't even tell unless it's dusk or night.
