Wipers Won't Stop--Searched--Wierd

The things that can go wrong with an FD as I'm finding out lol. Anyways, I recently replaced the headlights, which cause the fuse to blow. After fixing the problem I replaced the fuse to only find that the wipers turned on and refused to yield or respond to any controls. The wierdest part is that when I remove my key from the ignition is that the wipers still continue to wipe.

I talked to a couple of forum-members who had similiar problems only to find out that neither were able to solve their problem. One member replaced his motor, combination switch, and wiper relay to no prevail. Before I attempt to fix my problem I was wondering if anyone had some ideas where to start.

Either one of your wires are shorted somewhere for the wipers or you need a combo switch. prolly the former. trace the wires

Electrical gremlins can be a bitch to diagnose. I would suspect the switch, personally since you have TWO strange phenomena with a common feature...the switch.
