Is there any kind of adjustment for the windshield wipers? I recently noticed mine sit a little high when the wipers are off, and they go a little to far when the wipers are on.

 

without getting into a big discussion on mechanics, if both wipers are running out on the same plane of misalignment, just remove them from their drive spline, replace at the desired position and retighten the nut.

 

The above is correct ,it may take some fiddleing to get it right . My mechanic had to make new brushings for his wiper motor and the reinstall took several tries to find the position he wanted .

 

I think the FSM has a small description of the procedure as well.
