FD winter?

Hey guys whats up. I've been looking into getting a nice daily and started looking at some TT FD's. Just curious as to if anyone drives theirs in snow? Here in New England we get a good amount so I was just wondering if anyone has experience with these in the winter? Also, I know that after so many miles the apex seals go, if I don't really do any modifications to the engine, how long will the motor last?! Thanks.

Is this a joke? The FD handles like *** in the snow if you have any sort of sport tire on it. Its low, its rear wheel drive, and (stock) it has tons of low end power. Ive driven mine in the snow just for kicks, and it was just that. If you want a daily driver that you can use in the snow, stick with your DSM, or get a honda. FWD is good in snow, and hondas last forever. Please, for the love of God, dont ruin another FD.
