automatic to manual convesion

Don't wanna waste anyones time but hope you can help.
How much work is involved in converting an auto series 8 to
a manual?
1)a small operation
2) a months work
3) forget it

To answer your question though, it's about a months worth of work. Assuming that you have a decent amount of mechanical skills of course.

I had it done and it is an extensive amount of work.
