has any one had there driver side head light "wink" when turned on or off. some times it wont go up or down either,or it works fine. The 1st owner of the car had to replace a couple of things(radiator, battery, battery tray) because of a battery leak. I'm thinking some acid must of got onto the headlight motor or relay.

 

Is it when you turn it on the drivers side doesnt come up and then when you turn it off it comes up ? If thats the case its a lose bracket on the side of the pop up headlights pop your hood and look at the side of it compared to your working headlight . This has happened to me several times where it doesnt come up but when I turn it off it pops up then down

 

It happens when I turn on the headlights and may wink 3 to 5 times, it has even done it more than 5, but that is about average. It will also do it when I turn off the lights, same amount of times. It has not come up only a few times but usually, winks then stays up.

 

Check your connection for corrossion, and check it with a volt meter when you turn your head light on to narrow the prob down.
