Windshileld wipers wont shut off?!?
When going to leave the other day i tried using the windshield wipers but they were stuck the the windshield. When i cleared them off to try them again they worked but wouldn't shut off. No adjustability what so ever, just 1 speed. Pulled the fuse (didn't know what else to check) it was fine. So now i'm driving around without wipers(fuse is still out). I've done a search found nothing what would cause this? any ideas? TIA ...-TIM

Wiper switch may have gone out, but this is a pretty rare problem on the FD. Put the fuse back in and try it - it may clear itself up.
Time to dig through the shop manual and look at the circuit. I doubt it's the wiper motor - the motor has to have the signal from the wiper switch to function, and if it's running, it's getting the "on" signal from the switch. I imagine a used one would be pretty easy to find and reasonably priced.

Check the intermittent wiper relay. I'd pull it and see if the wipers stop.
Other than that, check the "one touch" switch, and wiper switch. It's a pretty simple circuit. There's not much that could cause it.
