Need help with finding the right position to install the arm from the wiper linkage to the motor. I've had the motor off and when I put it back on the blades move slightly down before sweeping across the windshield. I could not find anything in the manual.

detach the linkage from motor, cycle the motor a couple of times to make sure it is at 'park', reattach the linkage. Reinstall.

This is a bit of a bitch....granted.
