Are there differences in windshield washer bottle locations and plumbing between between 1993-1995 US FDs, or between models, or between US, Canadian and JDM FDs ?

My 93 US touring has the typical front windshield washer bottle in the front driver side corner and hoses to the headlights + front windshield washer.

Do some US FDs also have a second washer bottle in the trunk under the hatch rear black plastic trim piece with a screw top filler neck sticking thru the trim?
(just under the hatch center strike plate). I can't find the rear bottle + plumbing stuff in the 1993 FPM just the front pieces,
but I saw the rear bottle assembly on a 1994 Canadian FD. ?

 

The Canadian models had the head light washers, US model didn't havethis.
As far as the rear bottle I believe the only ones with that option were the models with rear wipers (touring in US models)
