Take a gander here, y'all:

Looks to me like it's pretty clearly stated that you can keep your stock battery with the medium unit, but you need to replace your airbox. For the large, you need to relocate the battery and replace your airbox. Read up on it

Yup, It will fit with a smaller battery

I recently bought an ASP/M2 large SMIC & Mini battery, from alaskan7... You just have to ofset the IC Duct an inch.

Move your battery.
I looked into using the smaller battery kit when I installed my large M2 cooler and all I heard were negative stories about the small dry cell kits.

three words..

MOVE THE BATTERY

reasons:
1>longer battery life
2>more room under hood
3>easy and cheap to do

i put mine in the driver storage bin so i can still reach behind to the pass bin at a stoplight.

it'll fit with the n-tech battery miniurization with some rigging, but you should relocate it at any rate for some of the reasons stated above.
