Will M2 intercoolers work with Apexi intakes?

Does anyone know if the Apexi twin intakes work with either the medium or large M2 ICs without modifying anything? I called M2 today and they didn't know for sure but they heard that people might have done it by changing something.

They also said they've dropped the Medium for now and are only selling the large, what's up with that? Any disadvantage using the large over the medium?

They don't technically fit, but I guess some people have twisted and jammed them in there -- not ideal....

The M2 large is fine if you want to relocate the battery to the storage bins. If you want to keep the battery in the engine compartment, you'll have to go M2 medium size or smaller (PFS SMIC or Pettit Cool Charge II also).

M2 has quit making the M2 medium because Kevin Wyum/ASP Racing is making them again (he came up with the design originally and sold it to M2).

I am using Apex intakes with Greddy 2row FMIC, i had to swap them so the bottom intake was on top and the top intake was on the bottom and its squeezed a bit.

Thanks for the info, I'm gonna get the M2 intake then and just sell off the Apexi. The funny part is I had just installed the Apexis 2 weeks ago because my lower intake hose was collapsing with th restriction of the stock airbox.
