Will this fit, Radiator placement/size...
I found a fluidine 4 1/2 thick 28 wide and 18 high. what do you guys think? I also have a reduced oddessy battery and hks SMF intake as well so I have a good amount of room killed.
Um...4.5 inches thick? That's the thickness of some IC cores, without the finning for good airflow. You'll have a difficult time getting decent airflow through the core for good heat transfer, especially if mounted in the stock position, nevermind any fitment issues.
A radiator with that thickness would require a lot of custom fab work. A Koyo is ~2.5 inches thick, so the extra 2 inches would eliminate it as "stock" replacement. You could use it for a custom V-mount setup I guess.

Well guys here's the thing I have a koyo as well but I paid 100 for the fluidine. I do my own welding an such so I wanted to take on the task of this enomous rad. I've always been a freak when it comes to keeping my FD happy an cool. Bottom line do you think it would hurt or help the FD more then the koyo?
I agree. You'd need to wire up some very high draw fans to overcome the drag of moving air through it. A heat exchanger like that would probably be best for running a car that gulps air at 100+mph.
