Will bolting 5 out of the 6 in LIM be enough

I am not sure how tight the bolt is lodged in the block, but you can also take a cut off wheel and silt the top of the bolt (in the middle) and then use a screw driver to back the bolt out. If the bolt is stubborn and a typical screw driver won't work you can try an impact screw driver (unsure of actual name) to loosen the bolt first.
If the bolt was stuck enough to shear and snap a screw extractor, this probably won't work either

Its around 35$ at a machine shop and they will hook it up to an electrolysis machine and melt the bolt out. Then you can tap the hole yourself. If you only tried one machine shop then call around some more and figure out who has the machine to do it. That is your only hope. Please do not try to dremel it out.

Are you saying there is only one machine shop in your area? Call everyone in the phone book before giving up. There is no way you need to take apart your motor to remove a bolt. Rotary engine or not does not matter a bolt is a bolt. Its stuck in cast iron and the bolt is steel. Same thing with my turbo manifold and I had 3 of them melted out.

bolts out, had to use a million drill bit, but its finally out and could probably use a re-tap but its holding the manifold in tight. Put the motor together except for a few hoses and should be ready to drop back in the engine bay
