Will a 80mm DP bolt to the stock cat w/o leaks?

Will a 80mm DP bolt to the stock cat w/o leaks?
If not I'm now in the hole, I had a problem with my fc, the header was 3", but when bolted to the cat, had a major exhaust leak...
