I've finally got around to installing these pedals. This is quite an accomplishment for someone like me. I had absolutely 0 problems once I figured out what the set screw was for (thanks for answering my questions David). The pieces were so precisely made, its hard to mess it up. I LOVE the pedals and had no problems involuntarily hitting the accelerator at all. I thought I would have to get used to the pedals but they definitely made me feel more comfortable instead.

I have the widefoot on my car, installed by previous owner:

The only complaint I have is I can't wear my everday sneakers because when I press the brake I will catch the accelerator with it and rev when braking. I wear a size 12, so I'm not sure if smaller footed drivers have this issue o not

Oh man. Im glad this post resurfaced because I was just about to start looking for a product like this! I personally use foot roll and was so used to it in my lancer that when I started driving my FD I had a hard time trying to switch to heel toe (swing) because of the distance. Does anyone have a pic of the smaller foot roll on equiped?

I'm a "roller" too. Took me a week or so to get use to it and not catch a little of the accelerator along with the brake. I still do on rare occasions if I'm wearing certain fat (stiff) soled shoes that don't give you any feel. I don't wear those kinds of shoes often, and especially when I'm driving the FD. So it's not THAT big of a deal, and I'm generally really happy with the pedal extension...but there you go.
I got the longer version and don't have pictures of the shorter one. But IMO it's NOT going to reduce the "thick/fat shoe" scenario with us "rollers" anyway.

Ill probably go with the longer one just due to the fact that it seems to flow better since its the same length of the pedal itself. Just wanted to see what the other one looks like. I figure both will work for both styles its just mainly a look thing.
Yeah I dont wear thick soled shoes often either. Only sometimes for work but I rarely drive mine to work. Like every other Friday and days that I feel like going fast lol.
