Why only 2psi?

Im curious, Im only making about 2 psi max when I boost my car. Also, after I've boosted the car it will let out a puff of blue smoke??? What is causing this, I'm non-seq. Is there a way the turbos could be getting too much oil? Its weird, the engine runs great. I have it set to idle at 1,000 rpms and it dosent faulter, but when I give it some gas just after I've started her up, and after I've made some boost, it will puke out some blue smoke.

I was curious... To I HAVE to mount the hose that runs to the MAP sensor on the back of the UIM??? Could I run it to the LIM if I wanted? or somwhere else besides the UIM???

thanks

oh yea, the engine and turbos are new.

oh yea...

question, if I havent capped off the metal tube that runs from the LIM, its the tube that hooks up to a hose that connects to the air pump.. Well if this tubed isnt capped, could this be leaking vaccume???

For some reason, in the back of my head. I remember thinking that even though it runs to the LIM, it is still its own, like not part of the LIM... err yea
