who wants to be me?

i just got asked if I could film the Mazda GTO 787B being started for the first time in years...apparently a local shop has been restoring it

he wants me to film this saturday

i can't wait....

I saw one video where they started , reved it a few times and then shut her down. The thing sounded awsome. I guess you have to be the MAN to land that gig. Right On. Lucky you. You have to post the video though.

Maybe they'll let you take it for a warm up lap. :-)

Just make sure you use good equipment.. like stereo mics, tripod, whatever... I have several videos of that car racing as well as revving up, but none of them are really any better than "handycam" quality.

I'd love to get my hands on a copy of your vid... don't compress it too much! Keep it big!

i was wrong, it isnt the 787B, but it is the mazda GTO..... i'll have to look this up-

i went by today and saw pics of it...it's still a 4 rotor though, so it should be interesting

sorry to fail you guys, i heard "4 rotor, beat everyone bad, cranking for first time, mazda GTO"

and was like, oh snap, 787B
