Well i dont no where you can get pre made ones but i got all the poly you can use.
I make Polyethylene,Polycarbonate, and Polypropolyn for the Dow Chemical Co.
I see it all day long.
Just a quick Fact all the dent Free fenders are made with Polycarbonate Blends. Also Safety Glasses are Polycarbonate.

go to www.mcmaster.com look up 8695K844. That's all you need to make your own. You will even have some left to sell to others.
