Big Sky (www.bigskycarcovers.com) would probably do it for you if you can give them dimensions.

They added extra eye-lets at the front and rear on my cover so that I could tie it down on the ends and keep wind from pulling it off the car.

I don't know where my brother got my cover from (got it for Christmas last year) but I have a Feed front end with a spoiler (i think its mazdaspeed replica) and the cover almost covers the whole front (about a inch from the bottom of the bumber) and it completely raps around the rear bumper. Its also made for the fd.

I got one from California Car cover that fits a 99 spec front lip (No license plate holder) and 99 rear wing.

It was painful and required alot of measuring but it fits like a glove (went back and forth 4 times. Im sure they can pull up the final information if you give them my name, etc. If you want to know send me a PM.
