Who on this forum can make custom pipes?
I am wondering if we have a master at pipe bending and fabbing on this forum. I know we have a lot of people that can do some pretty special stuff, so that is why I am asking. I need a special pipe made for the IC, I am not sure I can find a qualified place to do it for me around here. So chime in if you got the skills and the kindness to do a little something for me. Obviously I am willing to pay for this, just so no one gets that impression. I just need a little expertise. Thanx

Yes I did, the place I went too only had 2.5" dia, and I needed 2.75". I got them anyway. I since ordered some alum. 2.75" straight pipe and was going to have them do it again. I wanted to get a little better quality and maybe even some polishing. Otherwise its off to my good friend Cantgostraight!! I just want to know if there is anyone out there that does this and can give me some insight as to what I am trying to do, and maybe does it better than a custom muffler shop. I guess someone that might be able to relate to the situation I am in or can help figure out whats the best choice. So I am just doing a feeler for mandrel benders and people that do that. I believe getting the best qualified people is sometimes worth the extra mile and dollar. Thanx
Call up Front Range Motorsports in Englewood, Co. I used to work for those guys and they have a pretty nice bender. They moved to a new shop so i don't know their number, Dexonline it.

www.atpturbo.com has 2.75 aluminum piping and pre-bends. Just buy the bends and cut where you need and mock it up at home (tac it if you can). Then take it to a local place to have the welding done. Just look up welding in the yellow pages, I'd take it to a welding place rather than a midus or something similar because you'll probably get a better job.
If your set on mandrel bent piping again check out your yellow pages I'm sure there's somewhere in the area with a pipe bender. You could just get some cheap metal and tac it up how you wanted and give it to the shop and ask them to mandrel bend the same thing in 2.75 aluminum piping.
IC piping isn't has hard as everyone thinks on here
