can somebody help me please my engine was just rebuilt i know my turbos r shot i premix the gas and when i start my car white smoke comes out of the exhaust i dont think my water jacket seals r out cause even after the engine warms up it still smokes every now and then does anybody know what it might be do u think the turbos could be the cause or even the gas to much premix maybe and also very small splashes of oil and water comes out of exhaust at start up please sombody help me thanks

 

If you say your turbos are shot, then most likely it's just your turbos. When they start leaking oil heavily, your car will smoke like crazy on startup.
