white smoke

So here's the story,
Got a '93 FD with 101,000 miles on it, guy just said the clutch needed to be replaced and he threw that in. Got it, drove it and when i hit 3500 rpms it smoked blue, pretty much like uncle buck's car, it took out a biker on the highway haha. anyway, i got the engine checked out, compression was fine so i figured it was the turbos. I replaced them with efinis, put in a new clutch and flywheel, replaced all the vaccum hoses, installed a boost and temp gauge and got a new AST. When i was taking it apart the stud where the air pump goes siezed so i kept the air pump off. Started the car up and it had white smoke at the start. Got a PFC to parry the problem and it fixed it for 3 days when it started smoking again. Checked the cat and it was clean and adjusted the idle screw so it was smoother. I drove it for a while and it would only smoke at certain times now. When i fist start it up it smokes white, uncle buck kind. After a while it'll be fine and then it just starts smoking again, it also smokes if i hold the car at 4000rpm's. Any advice on how to fix it?
I got a new pcv valve and i'm gonna try that and it doesn't smell like coolant when it smokes

my 93 fd would smoke after i was done driving it hard... looked like the turbos were leaking oil on the exhaust and then it was burning it off well 1 month later my engine cought fire... the dealership said the fuel rail was leaking on the block and rx7s are know for the fuel rail and the lines leaking. so don't let that beautiful car get engolfed in flames!
