Where is the washer tank and pump?

Where is the washer tank and pump?
I am still rebuilding my FD and I am into the engine bay now and some other odds and ends when it dawned on me, I cant find the windshield washer tank or the pump for it. I know this may sound stupid but could someone please tell me where these are so I can figure out if I need to buy them or not

On US cars it is locaded under the Drivers side headlight assembly - on CANADIAN cars w/ DRLs the tank in the back (under the rear cargo compertment panel) is used for both the Front and Rear Window Washers AND the Head Light Washers

Can the canadian tank be used on US cars? Easily added?
What is the capacity of this tank?
I was looking at finally getting off my *** and installing my Water Injection kit.
Originally I was thinking and ordered a Jegs 4 Gal tank, but that will take up a bit of trunk room. I was wondering about installing a canadian tank.
