The throttle sensor is on the back of the throttle bottle, near the firewall. The sensor has a narrow and a wide range to it which you can adjust by taking 2 small nuts loose and turning the sensor upward or downward. Are they highlighted when you just have the key on, engine off and looking at the commander?

no. the VTA1 SENSOR FLASHES only when the engine is on, then it stalls...the only way i prevent it from stalling is by pressing the gas pedal. im guessing the sensor is bad or i need to adjust my idle somehow...am i right? what color is this sensor?

Do a search on adjusting the TPS. It's on the back firewall side of the throttle body - it's a small black unit with a grey plug. Both TPS's are built into the one unit - you simply loosen the screws holding it in place then twist it until the values are correct on the sensor check screen.
