i'm confused..TAS can'b en an accronym for "[T]hrottle [S]et [S]crew"

If you mean the screw to adjust your idle, it's below the intake elbow.

To adjust RPMS use the throttle screw up top. The Air adjusting screw is on the bottom where the service port is on the elbow.
